The Sullivan Family
Session held on a Beautiful Sunny November Morning on the tracks of the Polar Express in Portland, Maine
The Polar Express was just sitting there in the glorious sunlight perfectly posed for our family session. Yeah!
Working with Kristen's travel theme, we found small suitcases to accessorize our picture. Wanting to have an old time feel to their pictures, I shot the whole train series in digital monochrome. This means that all the pictures were taken in black & white in camera. Risky, but explaining that this would authenticate the old time feel of the theme-Chip and Kristen loved the idea. This is why most of the Sullivan images are black & white.
Allowing for some color to shine through, we walked across the tracks to the water and took some gorgeous family portraits overlooking Casco Bay.
I look forward to the Sullivan Session every year.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!
Here's a special shout out to Chip and Kristen today-Celebrating 13 years of marriage~you two are an inspiration of love!
xoxoxo
