He's BACK!! After searching through all my holiday bins and fretting for three days....I FINALLY found the missing holiday elf. The girls search for him every morning. He is a great behavioral tool. I catch Pearl telling her sisters, "Remember the Elf is listening to everything you say and reporting back to Santa every night." Surely, this is harmless parenting....right?
